- ICs, computer parts, and electronic components must be returned in sealed anti-static packaging without any soldering or physical damage.
- Products damaged due to improper handling, installation, or modification will not be accepted.
2. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure safe return delivery.
- Shipping charges (both to and from Lyap Care) are non-refundable.
3. Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 14 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

4. Damaged or Lost Items During Shipping
